One's duty in life and spirituality can never be separate. Our society's downfall is precisely because we tend to separate spirituality from our duty of functioning in society with love and wisdom. Believe for sure that spirituality will never spring up in the heart of the one who fails to perform one's duty towards the aquaitances. Such is my understanding of spirituality.
