Always be happy. There are many advantages of being Prasanchitta (one with happy mind). The soul that tries to be happy all the time, the organs of karma ( mouth, two hands, two feet, excretion and reproduction) and organs for knowledge ( hearing, skin sensation, eyes, taste, smell) become subtle and active. His nervous system can bear more impacts and reactions. Mind becomes stable and gets less involved in waffling. It also becomes much more constructive. Intellect gets to be more equipoised. The vision and understanding of the true path becomes more alert. There is even lessening of the natural characteristics of the prana like desires, attachments, expectations, covetousness, anger, greed, ego, jealousy , etc. His ego also takes turn for the better. Since the soul stays in Prasannata, it does not get befuddled by the good or bad incidents in life and faces the problems with peaceful mind. He imbibes the lessons of life in much better fashion. Well balanced mind and equipoise get to be more active in the soul that always remains in Prasannata. The strength to understand the life springs from such Prasannata.
