Since this is the time of science, people have developed intellect with strength and force. At the same time there is no focus in it. The result being development of restlessness in intellect. If there was development of focus with strength and force in intellect, there would not be restlessness in the intellect. There is lot of hoopla as soon as there is some change in the situation or the prevailing standards.
